Registrations are now being accepted for Country Fare Quilter’s Guild’s 2025 “Autumn Leaves” Quilt Show October 17 & 18, 2025. Only quilts pre-registered by the due date of Tuesday, September 2, 2025 shall be accepted in the quilt show.
Please submit a separate completed Registration Form for each quilt to be entered in the show. See Page 2 of the Registration Form for Quilt Category Descriptions.

The Registration Form CANNOT be filled out or submitted online. Please print or download the Form, fill it out completely, then mail it to the Registration Coordinator at the post office box given or email it to the Email address given on the Form.

QUILT ENTRY RULES:
- The completed Registration Form must be received no later than September 2nd, 2025 by Country Fare Quilter’s Guild. No entry will be accepted after this date without consent of the Registration Coordinator. Please enter early, as the number of entries accepted is limited to space available. You will be notified by email when your entry is received.
- Entries are limited to 6 entries per person. THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE. Quilts entered in previous Country Fare Quilter’s Guild shows are not eligible to enter again.
- All entries must be CLEAN and FREE OF SMOKE, ODOR, AND PET HAIR.
- All entries must be constructed of fabric and quilted, with the exception of Small Wool Items (Category 16).
- All quilts must have a fabric identification label sewn securely to the back of the quilt or the Exhibitor’s name written on the quilt to ensure the quilt will be returned to the correct individual. A quilt hanging sleeve is not required.
- The Quilt Show Committee reserves the right to make the final decision if a quilt does not meet entry rules and requirements.
- Entries must be DELIVERED to Claremore Community Center, 2301 N. Sioux Ave., Claremore, OK on Wednesday, October 15th between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
- You will be given a Pick-Up Ticket for each entry and you MUST have this Pick-Up Ticket in order to pick up entries.
- All entries MUST BE PICKED UP by the Exhibitor or a designated person on Saturday, October 18th between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m.
- Country Fare Quilter’s Guild will not be responsible for any quilts not picked up.
